Just out of curiosity, what difficulty do most MP games happen on? Hard (Rook) seems to be the most logical setting to me.
This assumes there are no AI players. I'm curious because the amount of resources you start with effects how the game will be played: High resource starts gives Dungeon an edge, whereas Fortress dominates on Impossible, etc.

How does fortress dominate on impossible? I know dungeon gets shorted resources for evil eye and that bottlenecks them a little, but fortress dominating?
