Anger management issues for me... been quite a while, but only recently people started noticing that.

I still get angry exceptionally easily and with such force that afterwards I think wtf. It scares people, especially my gf, so I'm trying to tone it down a bit. Regarding food, I'm alright. I usually get stomach pains but it goes away within a little while. I guess smoking doesn't help things but ah well.

I am sure that people, that know you, would understand you and in fact would be good if they always do.
I heard that smoking can act as a depressant and stimulant.

Got bullied from second grade all the way through early highschool .. yeah, I had a great time growing up. Some on this forum might remember my slow descent into deep depression, since I posted way too much about it here on this forum. Struggled with depression, suicidal thoughts and slight anxiety from age 8 until 18-19. Things got better, not good, but better and now I'm .. well, better There's always hope for everyone!

I was sure that insomnia is the root of a lot of problems in life. Starting from the short term ones, like decreased productivity, and ending with the long term ones, like Alzheimer's. There are people that don't suffer from insomnia but they don't have the time to sleep. This is as dangerous as insomnia. Your brain gets overbusy and doesn't get the rest that it needs. But that's for another topic - the intentional lack of sleep. Insomnia is caused by some mental disorders, mostly caused by the chemicals inside it. So the best solution, in my opinion, is the medication that helps you reestablish the normal flow. Some very powerful one I found on https://worldpharm365.com, which I think it's for the extreme cases.
