Quote: Who the hell is a Bokor?
A Bokor is a vodou (voodoo) sorcerer, often associated with the creation of zombies (real undead men too, not Romero's shambling wrecks)
Quote: Or a Nosferat?
Nosferat is a slight shortening of Nosferatu, the first true film vampire.
Quote: Wouldn't you prefer the Cult of Belial, rather than Belal?
Or Sheolhound, instead of Shelhound (which almost sounds like Shellhound, which doesn't make much sense at all).
Those were my inspirations certainly, but no, I changed the names specifically so that I could take some liberties without too many complaints.
Quote: Mini-factions - not too bad of an idea, but I don't like the fact you turned the Forge (or is Foundy unrelated to the hi-tech Forge?) into a small faction that honestly doesn't make sense, to me at least.
The Forge never worked for me, its mix of magic, ultra-high-tech and barely-modern-tech always seemed godawful. The foundry is more a case of magically powered clockpunk/steampunk.
About the Foundry - I recently had a dream of a Dwemer-ish steampunk city called (oddly enough) the Pillars.
Although it's more like the Towers. Because the entire city is made of "layered" towers (into which one can enter via "trapdoors" sort of thing), and all the buildings in this city are built on the floors of said towers (on the outside).
Lots of gold, brass, mild yellow colors. In Scrolls, energy-resource cards accurately show the style I am aiming for here. (NOTE: Units present below are in no way related to the Scrolls game.)
Units (rough explanation, note it's pre-H6 format)
- Tinkerers t' Technicians - humans with goggles and some tools. (not sure about the abilities)
- Cogworms t' Clockworms - robotic caterpillar-sort-of-things made of brass and other clockwork stuff. Could fly.
- Automatons/Automata t' Automaton Soldiers - essentially robots, but more like Sphere Centurions from TES rather than something from the Forge.
- Demomen t' Demolishers - ogres (?) with some explosive ordnance. Ranged attackers, attacks multiple tiles.
- Shotgunners t' Scattergunners - dwarves (?) carrying, well, firearms. (Scattergunners shoot twice)
- Walkers & Walker Armors - basically, huge humanoid machines controlled from within. Walker Armors resemble mechs much more than Walkers.
- ORIGINALLY the Champion unit was supposed to be Airship t' Airfort, but then... (basically, zeppelins)
Cannon Automaton 't Mortar Automaton - in essence, this. Mortar Automatons have, well, splash attack as well.
I don't know if this town is balanced or not, but I wanted to share it here, because I'm sure I would just forget it, as I often do with stuff that I dream about. (dream =/= not something I genuinely want to see happen)

Okay, an update (well, partial update anyroad) is long overdue, so here it is. Note that many of the creature abilities come from Heroes 5, the ones that don't have been explained. If you have any suggestions feel free to put them up, the abilities aren't finalised.
