Give me a few days for an update. Had to go, yet again, to surgery because of throwing up blood. Which much be so much fun, my body can't get enough of it. I promise update will be up no later then Monday.

He was protecting the manager, but got trapped outside when the rock slide happened because he was protecting the manager's retreat and got cut off. He's going to be looking for a way in, don't you worry.

Description : Very Red Hair, Blue Eyes, about 5'8" (which is kinda tall for the time, especially females)
Equipment: Quarterstaff, short blue robe, Starting Equipment, spell pouch.

Name: Emerald (Not yet known to group)
Race: Half Wood Elf (ears are not pointed though)
Age : Appears about 23
Class: Ranger

Description: Almost identical to 'J' except green eyes.
Equipment:Shortbow, Quiver of arrows (17 remaining), short sword, dagger, Studded Leather, green cloak (non-magical), net, starting equipment.
Alignment : Chaotic Good
Name: Jet (not known to group)
Race: Human (At least the group THINKS he is full human  )
Age : 27
Class: Thief
Level: 3
Description: Jet black hair, very dark eyes, about 5'5".
Equipment : Two daggers, studded leather, thieves tools, Starting Equipment, Sack of Holding.
Alignment : Neutral good.
The rest of the group are non-combatants.

Ok, I have to see how the combat ends to post how the outside group find the battlefield, so that update will have to wait until the combat is over. Each round is roughly one minute, so if for some reason the fight lasts twenty rounds those who just entered the cave will catch up to the group.
Now, about IME. You've seen Geny's Individual Magical Effect. Not everybody has them, and some of those who do is sort of 'generic'. Everybody in the group has one, and is unique..and they can change depending on level, life experiences, and items (for instance cursed items can change it).
Everybody in the group has one (your unique so you each has a unique IME). Some will not see them on a regular basis. Regular fighters (non-multiclass), monks (low level), and thiefs require magical weapons to display their IME. Monks will display theirs as soon as they get their first special hand to hand attack.
Clerics display their IME when healing or turning undead, as do Paladins.
Casters display theirs when casting spells ( "J", Silk, and Satin do not have IME's..yet. They may not develop them if they don't live long enough). Casters also have certain spells that have their own IME (For instance Bull's strength IME is not the individual casters, but that of a bull) This goes for any type of caster (including clerics, rangers, paladins, etc)
IME's do not do anything special..people can pass through them without problems, they don't add extra damage, etc. Normally they are invisible to all but friends of the person with an IME, but the person with the IME can cause others to see it if they wish to try to intimidate enemies.
Now, here is everybody's 'base' IME. You can HCM me in order to get a change, but you will be required to perform an extraordinary task to change it.
Alkar - Your IME is a grizzly. Sometimes it is just the head, others it is the full body with the grizzly on it's hind feet (Ie 'standing')
Gnomes - For some reason your IME is of a soaring Eagle.
Noobx - Since you need a magical weapon, your IME covers the weapon with shadows that seem to 'glow' (I Know glowing shadows is a paradox)
Geny already has his...

But more seriously, how can I use this? (Just a little confused, I know that I have to wait for a few more levels since I need a hand-to-hand attack, but...)

Also..nobody has noticed that Silk and Satin talk about the two females in the caves being their sisters..but they look NOTHING like each other? Or how 'G' is their Uncle, but is half-giant?
Gnomes. IME's do not 'do' anything. They are a glimpse into a person's soul. You can try to use it to intimidate enemies (gives bonuses also in that area), but otherwise it is just cosmetic.
