How to creat an either-or option in WOG setup dialog

I want to add and custom script into wog setup dialog. But I need two or there options for this script. If one is activated, the others will be unactivated automatically. Just like the options for Enhanced War Machine Mode 1/2/3.

Can somebody help me ?

As far as I know, this functionality is hardcoded.
