Animated flags for towns mod (work in process)
I decided to start working on making animated flags for all towns as a add-on to the WoG resources which are missing the towns, but has for all the dwellings/mines. I thought there was a disconnect between the town flags and the other animated flags, so I want to correct that.
Since the method I use is kinda slow, it'll take some time to make them all, but I'll share when done.

I think flags near entrance must look to different sides (as when hero in town, he will close right flag with his body).
I suggest for capitol to not place 3rd flag on top, but to add some details to look, or make some animation (as I saw in Requisit castles - there some effects on top of towns).

Well, I want it to be as close to the original as possible in spirit, so I'll keep the flag on top for capitols, besides I'm not as talented as being able to create complex 2D art. Anyhow, the wind blows from the right to the left, so it'll look strange if the two flags blows in two different directions, but you're right that the flag on the right will get block from vision if a garrison hero leaves the town, but I don't think it's a big deal.
