Let's try this again...
Best Poster Overall: Bak. I know he didn't post much this year, but he's had some good posts, and he clearly reads what other people write, which is more than I can say for a lot of other OSMers.
Best Newbie: Artu. He's helped revitalize the OSM and have some new debates, something different from the old capitalism vs socialism and atheism vs religion.
Best Spammer: Xerox. His Wastelands posts frequently make me lol.
Best Thread: Morals; Ethics; Philosophy; Religion, Science, Law, Organisms, and Rights. A lot of good discussion in there.
Best Moderator: Corribus. Since the OSM Reform, things have become more peaceful and the OSM runs much more smoothly.
Most Interesting Member: Elodin. He sounds like he has an interesting life story, too bad we only heard bits and pieces of it.
Happiest Poster: Elodin. Yes, he complained a lot about Obama/liberals/atheists, but when he wrote about his own life, he was clearly happy.
Grumpiest Poster: Kip, with Fred as runner-up.
Most Boring Poster: At first, I wasn't going to pick out anyone in particular, and was going to "award" this to the the older (by age) members of the OSM gang for the way they talk about art, but then I remembered DrakonDeus's spamming spree, which was one of the most boring things I've seen in HC history, so he gets this award.
Most Confusing Poster: Ghost. I don't think I need to explain.
Poster Who You'd be Willing to Room With: Dagoth. The only danger there would be that we'd be likely to talk late into the night and never get any sleep.
Poster that You Wouldn't Want to Meet in Battle: Anyone. I'm probably the physically weakest member, any of you could beat me in a fistfight. And I'd lose any firefight too, because of my terrible eyesight.
Poster Who You'd Most Willingly Have as Your King: Dagoth. He'd have good policies, and he'd be diplomatic in a way I could never be.
Poster Who You Think Should be a Mod: No one. We're good as far as mods go.
Poster You'd Like to Know Better: Bak. He's a good debater and has interesting ideas, but he's hard to nail down because he's sarcastic and has a tendency to leave before the debate is properly over.
Poster You Miss: TheDeath, above all. Honorary mention goes to Asheera. As for people who are around now but should post more - Dagoth, Bak, and Woock.
Best Inn Poster: Random Noob #35, much better than Random Noob #36.
Best Tavern Poster: Artu. He's posted some interesting things.
Best VW Poster: Blizzardboy, weird as he is, is a major part of what makes the Wastelands great.
Best Other Games Poster: No idea, I don't read it much.
Best Glade Poster: No idea, I read it even less than Other Games.
Best OSM Poster: The Lord Mvass Bak, for actually reading people's posts and thinking about them.
Best talks like ghost: Ghost, can't do "better" than the original.
Best thinks like celfius: Celfius, can't do better than the original. (I'm actually not being sarcastic here.)
The Most Naive Poster: JollyJoker, see the Love thread.
HC's craziest anime fan: Dagoth, he somehow didn't like Sword Art Online.
Most depressing member: None are successfully depressing for me, but Smithey tries hard, so he gets the award.
Most memorable poster: Artu, considering how much time I've spent this year arguing with him.
Most random poster: Blizzardboy, for being actually random and not posting nonsense.
Poster That You'd Like to Meet IRL: Dagoth, I think we'd have fun talking and getting to know each other in person.
Most Active Poster: Elvin. How does he post so much?
Weirdest thread maker: Blizzardboy. See the coup and his weird sexual jokes.

He obviously didn't mean the stuff he said, but I guess, like a certain someone else, he'd a difficult time figuring out where he should place the limits and didn't consider in the end he had hurt people, which I am certain never was his original intention.
But I get it's not so much that he didn't mean what he said, which I think most people figured out since he usually wasn't like that. Rather I think the problem was that it didn't do anything for anyone beside himself, which meant it was more annoying than troubling.
I am sure if he decides to come back you'll all see he's a very good person.
