Company of Heroes
I dont know if there is already a thread on this but since search engine is cuckoo , here I go. I am planning to start Company of Heroes, never played it before, would you recommend 1 or 2? The scores for the first game are higher here and there and it's a classic but I'm guessing they have more features and better graphichs in the sequel. So, anybody who played both of these and can compare?

both are good, but IMO the second one is better. Actually, worth playing all of the CoH games, expansions included.

From what I've read, the second game got bad scores mainly because the way it depicted the war on the Eastern Front. The Russians in particular got quite offended. Not sure if there are any major gameplay flaws.
The first game is fairly good (although I never finished it) but the story-telling is waaaay too Hollywood-ish and melodramatic at times, "Saving Private Ryan" with clicking. If you manage to get past the traditional American crap related to WW2, you'll probably enjoy it.
