Well for the first time in this game's history I am tempted to file a report. I was Zouleika and played ofc against a Cassandra; this dude although was lucky with his draw played really bad and all he did was curse all game long about how big of a lucky retard I am etc, that he is top 100 and he is so good and I am so damn lucky kid noob. I thought this breed of players only existed in HoN and Dota but it seems I was wrong; anyway I won easy and although I tried to pm him a challenge so he could see that he lacks severely in the skill department he was already offline; probably he was just in for a random morning swearing session.

Such people exist in every MP game, but they are not that common in DoC.
I was close to a rage-quit yesterday, when I was trying to make 2 Haven wins with my Morgan, and faced 5 Masfers in a row. I was ready for them with 2-3 Balances, but the game kept givig them to mi at turn 1/2 and 7/8... eather to late or too early.

Hey watcher, ive come across maybe 1-2 of these kind of guys - the best way ive found to deal with them is to use up my full 2 minutes of time per turn, and then begin to ask beginner questions  really irritating beginner questions, maybe right click each card so he can see them and ask what ability each one has... this changes the whole perspective of an idiot on the other side

on another note... i believe ive found a bug with the shi no shi - i need you guys to test please.
none of my liches 2 drop or 4 drop can attack the enemy shi no shi [im guessing an error with ward against darkness - but ofc the liches are not dark aligned or dark attack] can someone else check this for me, i have contacted doc dev's, but you cannot really see in replay that i cannot attack - shot guys.

The problem is on your side Red.
With the new patch, Liches (as well as some others) have Dark as the source of their attack, and creatures with a Ward abilitie are not affected by anything from such a source. So Dark Ward not only shields fromm all Dark spells, but also from magic creatures with a Dark sub-tipe, or their effects (like the Banshee).

Hasafah, Lurker in the Dark, Neophyte Lich, Trapper spider, Archlich, Soul Consuming lich, Living nightmare, Banshee, Fate Sealer and Lesser Dark elemental are useless vs Shi no shi, Immaculate Glory or ward against darkness.

Point two. You made so many mistakes man.. so many.. Wrong use of Damar, wrong use of Banshee.. So many mistakes...
Why did you not once used Arianas Abilitie?
Wow you even used TP on an enemy creature rather then to return your banshee back into your hand and destroy it with its abilitie.. man.. I know it was a long game but keep thinking about it.

The problem with a wizard beastman combo for academy decks is that a 6/6/1 build is a bit too much even for them; so I wondered is there a hero where you can get most of it's spell strength with only 4 magic; in the end I decided Gazal LoS was the one and gave it a try ( the 2 time jump is the only thing missing from a light/prime scholl combination); the result was I did surprisingly well on ladder and even won two swisses with it; 3 wards against darkness ensured that Gazal HotV didn't pose a problem since nowadays nobody keeps mass dispel in their decks. Is it a competitive deck? No,but I'm pretty sure it's the best you can do with this hero and also the best option for the wizard beastman combo without going to 6 magic.

Wasn't there a cheap fortune that protects beastmen from being targeted as long as there is a wizard on the field? I plan to try it when I have the cads.
Tried a Myranda rush deck in open and it was fun Lightning strike/bolt, town portal, week of recruitment for my critters, spellbound and sellspell djinns plus the epics. Feels good to play offensively with academy and magic channel allows you to deply sellspells pretty fast In my last game I had song of the lost and my opponent plays ice spikes. Sweet sadistic pleasure

Ward against darkness also protects the wizards and other creatures, I feel crimson link offers too little, sure not targetable by all direct dam school spells but u still eat all aoe spells.
@ Elvin - the main reason why Myranda has become my favourite deck is her versability, for example my deck is slower than yours but more powerful later and still I like yours just as much as mine and just as much as others I've seen, like u said an offense oriented deck for academy is something fresh and very nice to play; also I feel that is the deck where it counts the most how u play; u can win/lose any matchup depending on your play. ( ofc if a truly bad hand doesn't have something to say about it).
Also it is really strong vs hakeem, I have yet to lose a game vs this deck and I've encountered some good players. ( minor recall + time jump is his bane).

I miss something hard-hitting though. I could probably add the void tainted djinn, should be painful with Myranda's special. And I don't remember the cloudshaper djinn's requirements but it would probably be hit or miss vs dark. I should try that in a Hakeem deck with path of ancestors, no direct spells and campfires for resource acceleration.

Not that I care but from what I understand there will be fewer people in champion III, so I guess I/we will get demoted again for the second time in 2 months; nice, maybe when I get there this time they will just let me be

It does not mention how our existing champion status will change now though. I am Champion III with 600 points, will I drop to Champion II.
Big note, swisses and weekly's will be for "fun" now and don't affet MMR/points anymore....I guess this is a good thing...

I have 980 points, could have had more, but after I got to champ III I started experimenting, playing around with all kinds of decks, didn't realize I need to play my main decks always so I will not get demoted; playing only those takes the fun out of the game, and then what's the point of playing?
@ redemperor - I mean the ladder reset today might demote us all, except for the few "elite" ones.
EDIT - I got demoted, Ubi being Ubi, think I might quit, sick of their garbage.

Actually I am playing only to lose now, maybe when I reach recruit rank Ubi and their elite group of players who decide the fate of the game will finally be pleased.
