Perfection is a flawed concept, because if reached there would be nothing left to do except keeping it. Which ultimately means that perfection involves the stopping of time or the equivalent of it.

I used to fear success for that very reason. But in my opinion, perfection is not any single state or any unique path to and within a set of states. Hence I can play a game with someone important to me. Assuming doing this is already within a state that can be deemed perfect, should one try to lose or win? In my opinion, it may not matter at all, losing/winning may be irrelevant, hence two different states are both deemed to be within perfection.

Since our perception of the world changes all the time as well, one might retroactively decide that what once was perceived as bad, is actually within the boundaries of a perfect life.

i've thought about this for a while, nothing is P.E.R.F.E.C.T, so don't fear success. let me say one thing, life is perfect as much as terrible. imagine in the future, you would just sit around, and robots and A.I things do everything for you: PERFECT
just sitting around and not doing anything is bad for the human body, it needs some sports, or at least take a walk to avoid the bad side of sitting around: TERRIBLE. do you get what i mean? perfection is flawed, like he said, but non-existant, perfection is everything being perfect nothing terrible, but what makes it terrible, is that we humans, as much as we try harder to make a perfect life as much as we try harder to make it terrible.

Perfection is a subjective term. A thing can be perfect in the eyes of a single person, but not for the whole collective.

So, screw you, I'm going to a birthday party and you're gonna be sitting in your room with a bag of chips and your childhood teddy bear toy See, you can't have everything perfect and from that we can conclude that a world can't be perfect because in a perfect world everything must be perfect.
I hope that I was perfectly clear here xD
