Age of Wonders 3 on TOH ?
Tomorrow is Age of Wonders 3 launch. Age of Wonders 3 site Game look in many ways like Heroes next. Multiplayer have strong points too - never ending simturns, rmg, play by email to be implemented... But no ranking official or unofficial. So maybe is good opportunity for TOH ? What you think Vesuvius ?

was one my favs game long time ago...right now playing ESO...cose ubi ruined all homm series...
Never playing ubi game again, just a certain promise!

AOW3 is great in all aspect. I only give to Ubi one chance for develop a good Heroes game, if not, I will forgive forever this great saga, which possible will dead with Ubisoft.

UBI like consoles and don't try hard on PC exclusives. PC users are pirates bla-bla-bla

Great but at least for now not in all aspects - multiplayer have connection problems for many users, spam tier 4 problem, overheating video-cards, etc ... Let's hope they will fix it all, at least developer listen to players wishes.

hmm, interesting. I've been playing MMX recently, and a bit of the homm online stuff, but I'll go buy and play AOW3 and see how it is. To me AOW was always just a bit inferior to HOMM, but with the decay of HOMM I'll see how fun it is and what replay value it offers. If anything, it will be a fun distraction.

Never play before AOW, now i think is good time to try it. Let's hope after some patching AOW will correspond to TOH hi standards and will be TOH ready

I have Age of Wonders 3 (wonderful game, like anything in the series) but it might be a while before I go online.
Heroes of Might and Magic is a perfect seed and inspiration for other games, and I love how other people expanded on the game and made them even better, be it Age of Wonders or Eador: Genesis.

Man, finished the campaigns of aow3, and now playing PvE random maps. The game is really good, but I fear it would take a long time to finish an online multiplayer game in aow3. I see a LOT of homm in this game...

That depends on what kind of map you are playing. Triumph Studios has organized the tournament that was on April 15. I think. There are some rules of course, and they are playing mostly on small maps so games don't last forever.
Always liked AoW more than Heroes, I am looking forward to the expansions.

Heroes executed right could be way better compared to AoW in my opinion, but we have what we have at the moment ...
