8p FFA rmg or just custom maps? (HOMM III)
So me and my friend really like to play just 2p(allied) vs 6ai, usually 2v2v2v2, doesn't matter tho.
The problem we've run into is that its really difficult to find new good maps, we've searched through the most obvious sites and places we could find and we're really short on new maps to play.
We like to play XL with underground, very rich maps with lots of resources, monsters, artifacts. Map should just be 8 player FFA with no special story on some weird events (+30 dragons spawn per month or something) just vanilla HOMM III with lots of stuff on the map.
We looked into rmg templates, but didn't find any 8 player ones.
So im looking for either good 8p FFA map suggestions or a cool template we could try.
Some maps we really liked: A new enemy, Endgame, Fatum, True legions, War of titans, Forgotten River SOD
P.S we usually modify all the maps to disable some of the ridicuous op artifact sets and disable fly,dd and ww.

Really late response but I made this template a while ago. It can be played with any size, 1 or 2 players vs 5-6 enemies in any team combination. If you get "unable to generate map" messages, reduce the number of AI-s. I don't remember if the maximum was 5 or 6.
You start near your ally with an easily accessible second no-fort town. From there theres a small rich treasure area and enemies one after another. No teleports. Last enemies have huge resource advantages and really many towns. The map is overall extremely rich.

Thanks It is particularly fun if you do something like 2 vs 4, S + underground.

Hey thanks for sharing this, but is there a way to make it even more rich and more filled with monsters and artifacts ? Is there a guide or a generator where i could edit it myself?
