Hello Everyone,
I'm continuing my work, or should I say remaking it, since I lost all my old files. But now i have even better ideas and more free time.
I've updated first post and will be updating it with releases and progress.

Mostly yes. New effects also , but only on a final version.
Now working on skills/spells. Characters will have their own special icons depending on class - will introduce it this week (hopefully).

This one should be done. But dont expect it to be wow-like, it will still be mostly Heroes game.

Well, there will be no actual towns in verions you. All gameplay will be in dungeons, defeating bosses, getting gear, later defeating stronger bosses. Something like that.
There will still be factions, with 5 characaters per faction and 2 specializations per character (10 different characters in every faction).
Factions will be:
Orcs, Human, Dwarves, Night Elves, Blood Elves, Undead, Draenei (not yet sure) and Goblins (not yet sure).
One of lineups will be:
HUMAN:
Windwalker/Brewmaster Monk
Beast Mastery/Marksmanship Hunter
Holy/Protection Paladin
Frost/Fire Mage
Discipline/Holy Priest
Every faction will have AT LEAST 1 tank, 1 ranged/caster, 1 Melee and 1 healer to be able to fully fight against every boss.
My plans are to add PvP content for multiplayer games in version 2 if everything works well.
And only then I might create version 3 with actual towns for playing any map.

No. And it wont be fully compatable with it. But it should work with any original version of TotE.
