Herry's guide to S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Call of pripyat
Hello people, if you are going to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Call of Pripyat, the 3rd game in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R Series, some help getting started will be good, wouldn't it? let's start with one of the most useful things, Settings, not only do they contain graphical options and game controls but ALSO Gameplay settings, and here is the list:
-Draw crosshair - Enable/Disable the crosshair.
-Dynamic crosshair - Makes the crosshair dynamic, enabling it to take an effect when you move, crouch or simply stand.
-Show weapon - Shows the weapon you use, Useful for beginners not to get confused on which weapon they are currently using
-Crosshair target distance - Shows the crosshair's target's distance
-NPC Identification - Shows NPC's names and their faction.
-Crouch/Stand mode - If you don't want to hold the CTRL button to crouch, use this.
-Autosaving - the name says it, mostly autosaves when quest items are obtained or when quests are completed.
-Show interface - Weather or not the healthbar, the minimap, the ammo amounts are shown or not.
Now let's get into real gameplay, when you start playing the game, you should get something like this:
By pressing I, We can see what items we have:
There is also the BIG, BIIG map we can see by pressing P, this might seem much however you will get used to it.
It was pretty much self explanatory so i did not need to tell you the stuff, note that this isn't everything, this guide will be split to parts, and they will be added overtime, any questions about the game, contact me
