Academy and Sylvan Always Getting the Shaft
As someone who's replaying the campaigns, I think this deserves to be mentioned.
I appreciate that they've given Academy a second campaign in Heroes 5 and make it more Academy-like but did you guys notice? If there's a time crunch, it's always Academy that's getting the shaft.
I mean, in Vanilla, it's fairly obvious the campaign was rushed (and so was Sylvan's). Not to mention, there was hardly any Academy in it.
I'd also like to point out that Academy had a floating city art at the start of the campaign. So I'm guessing that they planned Zehir to bring a city from the very start but they probably didn't implement it for some reason.
In heroes 6, Academy was planned to be part of it but was scratched out.
Second, Sylvan. Sylvan was hardly mention post Vanilla. I think they weren't even mentioned at all. In Heroes 6, well, we all know Sylvan wasn't planned to be in it.
I doubt they'll leave Academy and Sylvan in Heroes 7 (if there will be a Heroes 7). Just my preference and opinion but I'm hoping Sylvan and Academy will maintain its man space.
