Question for Elvin
Hey.... Which tool did you use to modify the data files of the game? And any tips to give me regarding that endeavor? Do you still have your modified data files for your map cuz I'd like to look at them too?

I don't remember modifying H6 data, only used some scripts and such.

There is this thread but it easily has oudated information & links expired. Maybe you should try to use the search function about the orc editor, I haven't

What I would like to do is to make sure some artifacts doesn't appear ( like you did on your own duel map ) and then maybe fix some bugs too or adjust certain balance problems ( like giving an extra kick on damage spells according to the enemy's army size n stuff. )

That mod was there to fix the celestial resurrection which was eventually fixed with shades. Sadly I cannot help with mods as I never made any.
Manipulating artifacts is easy though. It does not matter if you place minor, major or relic on the map. You select one or a number ofartifacts(I forget if there is a properties option or there is a shortcut) and then you can open a window with the list of artifacts that will appear. You can edit that list for every individual artifact or artifact group. Or you could select all artifacts and the list would apply to all, regardless of the rarity you placed.
