Inventions from the Future

In this thread, share your fictional inventions from the future and talk about them. No flying cars, beam me up Scottie's or similar cliches, make them original. Needless to say, the future world the invention functions in, is also up to you. Here are mine for now:

Mego the Cleaner is a genetically engineered, hamster sized, cute little animal with a trunk. It eats all the dust, bugs, crums etc in your house, it is the biological vacuum cleaner of the future. Self-reliant on energy, Mego is immune to all known diseases and defecates only in gas form. If the area to be cleaned has no walls, you can determine the borders by a spray that comes with the package, once Mego smells the line, he won't cross it. Mego guarantees a spotless house to you, he can climb walls, get inside little corners, he is awake 21 hours a day, cleaning. He also keeps you company like a pet as a bonus. As already been stated, Megos are genetically engineered and they don't reproduce.

The Zinder is an electronic lollipop that practically simulates any taste in the world. You can go to your local store, buy the code number of the food you desire and once it's installed in the Zinder, all you have to do is touch your tongue to the transmitter sphere. You don't actually eat anything, so, in theory, the Zinder can be used infinitely but experts say after five years the tastes begin to decompose and it's recommended to buy a new one by then. The Zinder takes it's name from a city in Niger with the same name because it was invented by a team of scientists from the university of Zinder.

I thought this already existed (though not quite as advanced as you describe). It might not take that many years if there was more incentive to develop it:

Your wiki link says no such thing exists. Anyway, I came up with it on my own but I can see it's very probable someone else already speculated about such an invention.

Where does it say it doesn't exist?

Quote:

A digital lollipop is an electronic device that synthesizes virtual tastes by stimulating the human tongue with electric currents. The device is capable of producing the four primary tastes: sweet, sour, salty and bitter. Digital lollipops were developed through research led by Nimesha Ranasinghe at the National University of Singapore.

There's even a video of it being tested.
I mean, yeah it doesn't yet exist as a consumer product if that's what you mean. But as an invention it isn't really from the future, I think it's from 2013 .
