Asking for help Heroes Online

I lost seals in forgotten city due to game freezing in and boss battle.

2 x co-op games I lost upgraded unites 5-10n result of 1200 crystals and
Angels hard to gain in time

1 x in regular game freezing in a battle lost another 5-10nother 600
crystal.

weekly boss Cyclop yesterday 2 nd stage of battle freezing lost 4 ANGLES !!!
when log in back that more then 5-10 estimate 800 cristal loss .!!!!.

I payed for 7 day move exp bonus yesterday was UNPLAYBLE I was freezing and
kicking off none stop.

I spent money on a game that is BROKEN I cant play that is unacceptable.

I sended so many support tickets and still none of them help me I called Ubisof main office they said they don't provide support for this game. HELP some one what can I do ?

Guys avoid this game it BROKEN

I hope your tickets have been handled in the meantime? It's true some tickets had a delayed answers due to the amount of support tickets coming in. This has been resolved now. Also the freezing and disconnecting issues have been fixed in the mean time!
