Poll Question: Collector's Edition vote part 3
We have to make another decision about Collector's Edition content. This time, we have to choose between the official soundtrack of Heroes VII OR some lithographics prints.
It is now time for you to decide between the official soundtrack of Heroes VII and several lithographic prints featuring iconic scenes from Might & Magic Heroes VII.
Please note that the following artworks only are Work in Progress assets and won’t represent final quality or visuals of the collector edition and its content.
Vote here!

Awkward. Those prints look really nice, but I suppose the soundtrack is too essential to be left out and we have to support Romero-King. I think it's weird that this is even put to vote, but oh well.

Damn, I want both... But I have to choose soundtrack, can't be without it. Bad move, Ubisoft. Hi-res prints? Who wouldn't want that as well???

The idea of a collector's edition without a soundtrack is incomprehensible. Incomprehensible.
Have these people not heard of the wave of boycots, when people were in the false belief that King & Romero would not be returning. The Music is THAT important.
Unless of course it is a sneaky way of getting out of including those Lithos.

Indeed, it's sad Ubisoft forces us to make this 'choice'. Not the brightest idea they have had.

Yes, voting if the soundtrack is going to be in the collector's edition is really quite ridiculous.

Soundtrack should be included as MP3s on the main discs, plus prints included in the box. Audio cds are outdated now anyway.

What would be the value of items being collector if not outdated ? An object will gain more value if rare and hard to find. From an artistic point, as a material testimony of the creator, and from a financial aspect, with rarity on the market, moreover if the creator had or has some notoriety. This is why we can see some limited editions (be it books, paintings, sculpture, any form of art) being sold triple price or more on black market. Of course we can still buy and find audio cds in most markets and probably for more years to come. Who would have thought people would still purchase vinyl discs in 2000 era ? I still purchase those, and am not alone, and first prints and such are the ones being considered as collectors. You can buy some a fortune on ebay or for a loaf of bread if lucky enough to find in a flea market.
I see people arguing on official board that the music will be available anyway via internet, which is a complete out of range statement according to me. I believe the point should not be seen on a practical manner, but on a more symbolic one. Seeing people voting out the composers of the series grieves me, as they don't seem to realize how strong 20 years of creative dedication is. King & Romero should see themselves honored with a massive voting in favor of the soundtrack (such it is here), the way I see things.
