IIRC "Demoness" was an upgrade to succubus in H5. It seems that first Deleb was just a corrupted human/elf and later went through the ritual and became a Demon.
Or maybe her H5 bio is not canon anymore ^^

Maybe. Maybe it's just feminine counterpart to Demon (like lion-lioness).
Who else in Ashan? Deleb doesn't look like an Orc. Hybrid, maybe - half-human/half-elf.

Demons come in all forms and shapes. Deleb just happens to have a more humanoid one than most.
But she's not a Succubus. Incubi and Succubi are members of the Elder Races that started to worship Chaos and were reborn in Sheogh as a result. That includes Xana, Daeva, Biara, Orlando, etc.
Deleb on the contrary is 100% Demon, always was, always will be. She was born this way 
One thing that the Duel of Champions artist(s) seemingly missed is that her face is really someone else's face she's wearing like a mask...
