You have one chance to beat Death at his own game.
So lets say that you've just kicked the bucket. The world around you becomes unfocused and dark. Looming above you is a towering skeletal figure, the grim reaper in the flesh! (So to speak). Not wanting to depart from this world you stammer at death to spare your life. He agrees, however you must defeat him at a game of strategy, chess perhaps? That's when like a ninja you pounce! Startling the grim reaper with your surprising speed. The game of strategy you have chosen is Heroes of Might and Magic! Long story short, So how many of you out there reckon you could fend off the grim reaper by besting him at HoMm?

Minding it is Death you face, you can be sure he will start with Cloak of the Undead King and Armor of the Damned, so one will most likely lose no matter the faction or map size.
But let's assume Death do not. The obvious answer for me would be Tower (one of the best towns vs Necropolis along with Conflux, especially with orb of inhibition).
Stronghold would also be a good pick (Crag Hack by default) and maybe even Inferno (Who knows, maybe the Devil will send you 10 Arch Devils in trade for your soul, at least then you would escape "Death"). Hehe.
Edit: Frankly, I would just type Nwcredpill xD

May I suggest "The Key to Victory" scenario and allow me to have the grail burried on my side?

Sure,but why do you SUGGEST ? You could help ,and making it TRUE
Either,i could use ResEdit to make the campaign look awsome,like putting Azure Dragons willing to join you 
Death would just have an castle,witch is blocked,and has no fort,and no building
not even able to construct,so...
