The fact that explosion is pathetic is not even relevant.
Mind you, though, that the Leap allows the unit to get faster to the enemies. Additionally, the damage is increased, and while they get a lot of damage in return, ideally, you either kill (or nearly kill) the stack, or, already drawn the ret (via fast troops like the Nightmare)
So, in a castle, sure, I would take the normal upgrade - and also if I really just want meatshields. But all the other times, I prefer Leaping.
Mind you, that Leaping is also far more dangerous when encountering as creep, in comparison.

Thank you for your save files, I have found the issue, Hill forts with an AdvMApHillFortShared blueprint don't accept OBJECT_TOUCH_TRIGGERs.
The ones placed by the ARMG use an AdvMApBuildingSHared blueprint, so that's why those work. I have to come up with another solution for this quest.

This is an unfixable issue, but not an issue balance wise as a secondary hero can use the training building.

Not the same thing, avenger is a hassle to use and all other skills in the game are just as good so no reason to force avenger on them.

Is there a way to increase the town conversion cap?
I don't think it would make the game unbalanced, given the huge costs involving it, no?
Also, i noticed that once i took over an AI Dungeon town, the artifact merchant wasn't aviable to be built. I guess this was done for balancing purposes for the AI, but is there a way to re-enable it?

Did you already posses a town where an artifact merchant was built?
This building has a buildlimit of one in total (probably the same mechanic as a Capitol). This was done since Magno felt, that having access to multiple merchants could affect the balance (if you have tons of gold, you could buy all the artifacts you wanted ...)

That's the thing: i didn't have a town with an artifact merchant before conquering it.
Also, do you know where i can increase the town conversion cap as well?

artf merchants cannot be activated in Ai catsles, will cause permanent crash.

I uploaded some videos on moddb. But on my account, not on mmh55, cause I don't know how to put them on mmh55 video section? By the way, quality is not ok. Video resolution is not hd, don't know how to fix it?

?? Now i'm puzzled how dredknight added that video without my help.
Also, do you mean you cannot upload higher resolution on the site or is the tool you used to make the video not capable of HD.

Don't know how Dredknight did it. There is not a plus sign in mod's video section to add new video, when I am loged in as BelisariusMK. But I added them to my account instead. Thing is it seems like people from moddb are giving the HD option for mods pages not for user pages. This I found out by looking on moddb forum ( http://www.moddb.com/forum/thread/moddb-video-quality-desaster ). Other than that my videos are 1280 x 720, with the right (allowed) size, bellow 250m.
Maybe Dredknight can add my videos on mmh55 by using urls from my account, or something...
Or, I can upload them to youtube, and give the links here...
Or..? Maybe we should hear from Dredknight first.

Mersi Dredknight. That was it. Login in with facebook and connecting with existing moddb account gives that button "add new media" at right pane on video section.
Correction: the video was again added to my acc. No add new at mmh55 video section.
Because transferring video from youtube to moddb goes much faster than uploading it directly (either to youtube or moddb); for now I will upload videos to youtube first. Until solution is found for moddb. Then it would be easier to just transfer them.

I've played the most recent version.
1. After 2 hours in large map I had to restart game because of the worse graphics - I mean the animation of units movement didn't disappear. When a unit moved the animation doubled, trippled and more depending what you did. I can't express it because it is hard to.
2. It still takes a lot of time for AI to make a turn - would be it possible to make AI running in background? In my large test map the AI took above 30+ seconds to make a turn (3-4 AI players).
In Heroes III when I had old computer I always ALT-TABbed and browsed internet in this time. When AI finished the game automatically switched me back to the game OR blinked on bottom Windows' bar.
I think it would be nice to add such thing as AI is not so fast as it was in III.
3. I play in casual mode. After some time I decided to conquer enemy - I found one AI had much more units than me. It is quite not possible to gather 3x more lvl 7 units (Titans), thousand of lower level...
I had 2 castles and didn't loss much units against AI.
Can you tell me 100% AI does NOT cheat in some way? It is just impossible to get so many units in just short time and be able to buy them by the gold...
4. How the engine is limited regarding better textures? I find it relatively bad that for H5 there is really low amount of mods compared to the example Counter Strike
5. The skill explanation (how to read skills in the menu of new skill choose after getting new level) is hard to understand. To be honest it does not help at all.
6. There is translation for 5.5, where should I pack it as it is not described in post?
