7€ for the Beta? I wouldn't give that much for the full game.

Look who I'm talking to, welcome to the internet.. You internet trolls really need to get some fresh air, if you dislike something and dont intend to buy the final product then keep it to yourself, I respect people who will buy the game they have the right to complain if something is wrong.
The website does not do game pre-orders yet because they are selling all the Beta keys, when it is done, they will start to sell the rest of the keys at a cheaper price, it is called marketing look it up.

You literally bought a beta which is free if you preorder the game.
I don't think you should be teaching someone what marketing is

you dense person, I bought the beta because I can, it is my money I do what I want with it. The people who were selling the game will earn more money due to wise marketing, they keep the game keys while selling beta keys to people like me who don't like pre-ordering games, but still want to play the beta.

You don't like to preorder games but you have no issue with paying for stuff like early access, okay?...
Ubisoft never intended for people to get their hands on the beta without prepurchasing H7 otherwise they would sold it themselves.
Please quit calling it marketing, you fell for some bullsnowtery by some shady thirdparty reseller.
And i'm saying it again, you paid for something that would be free if you'd just have bought it from a official store.

Only Ubisuck has the audacity to SELL beta keys. Beta players are supposed to be PAID. LOL. It's called being a game tester!

Yes this is what I was thinking myself too. Participating in beta is something beneficial only to the game designers, as the player has to crawl through thousands of bugs then report them. The fact that they are able to bargain this shows only that they are aware how idiotic is some fans addiction then profit from it.
And this is marketing, if there is demand, there is offer. But if you are proud of it, then you are clueless about how wrong you are.

On the other hand, if there is a demand for it. Nobody forcces people to buy them. And to be fair those who do will most likely not contribute as much as a paid tester would do. If peoplw are willing to pay for the option to try out the game in its current state, why is it wrong to give them this oportunity?

Hungarian shop selling beta access + ingame preorder goodies for 0.33 EUR: click
Free delivery within city limits, can't wait to see delivery boy's expression
On one hand, they suckered me into paying for beta
On the other, preorder goodies for whenever I decide to buy the game and for less than a Euro. Even here in the Balkans that's pocket change.

Looks like most third party sites are selling pre-order bonuses for around 2€ and less, guess it was a smart move to wait

Leave it to a big company to find a marketing scam, though..... I couldn't believe my ears when I heard that they did this for the sixth game.
I miss the days when we didn't have to beta test or wait for updates to get the kinks worked out of our games. I think that's why they set a lot of today's games to an online server; So they can fix the bugs as they appear in their uncompleted project.
I guess, in a way, we're still beta testing these things, just not in the way Ubisoft is exploiting it.
