Then again, who says you don't? It's just natural to assume that when nobody comes upfront saying anything. The only one who made his leave public on a background of accumulated frustration over team Erwin's snow ups was Cepheus, and that happened years ago. Obviously leaving should not be the goal here, but maybe some other solution could work? It's such a big disillusionment finding out that this supposed collaboration in which a lot of people put their trust (myself included) is just about as helpful as banging your head against a wall.

Developers also read HC. The dev blog can only work if you get massively upvoted, and that's not even guaranteed, they totally ignored the feedback regarding skillwheel, hero specials and creatures abilities regardless of the upvotes. But the website is done in such a way.. If you go to specific section your post won't be seen by other members, they mostly only check latest news, and there is an average of three articles a week with various subjects so you basically have to repeat yourself to the point you will even annoy the people agreeing with you...
What we did back in the outrage of Necro reveal was spamming each new article but at that time the place didn't have moderation too.
Official forums are the worst place IMO.
All in all, it looks like Ubi orchestrated the whole thing in a way that we can't give them feedback easily. The most constructive place still is HC.

Okay I doubt it is that hard to change creature specialists.
For sylvan we have dryad and pixie specialists
+1 might/+1 defense for every 2 levels is my proposition.
and +1 might/+1 for every 3 levels for the blade dancer specialist.
for dungeon we have minotaur, strider and stalker specialist.
for haven wolf, justicar and cavalier specialists.
for academy - cabir, golem, apprentice and raksasha specialists.
following same principal for all heroes will be EASY enough to do it and fans will be pleased.

You know we spammed almost every hero specs blog article about that, for months, there is even a petition somewhere requesting to have increase per level, Ubi just seem to don't give a ****.

Stevie, it's something everyone has to decide for themselves, that and what they tell or not tell - beside the fact that there is this NDA stuff.
You'd just be well advised to not hope for the VIPs being some kind of cavalry or firefighters or safety belt or some such.

well to me it's completely obvious that if I disagree with the way a collaboration designed to represent fans is being run and know it will not change, I would have balls and integrity to say enough is enough and disassociate myself from it, not be cynical and linger around lol

Yeah, hero specs should be revisited. I would like to play random faction/hero with random skills, but some heroes are too worthless.

Maurice said: I can foresee the following fix:
Quote: Thornsower: "Masters of Earth magic and proficient in Prime magic"
Starsinger: "Strong in both Earth and Prime magic, they have the most powerful protective and prime spells"
They're going to do just that:

Hunters, did you make this table yourself?
With your permission, I'd like to include it in the Masterpost of this thread.
What do the different colors represent? I see for instance at least three different colors for skills which occur 3 times in a faction.

I agree with Maurice, it's a nice table, but it's a bit confusing, would be easier to see if colours represented frequency with some sort of uniform code, like:
6 = Dark red ("very frequent")
5 = Orange
4 = Yellow
3 = White ("intermediate")
2 = Light green
1 = Teal
0 = Dark blue ("least frequent")

Let's see: if we take out racial, all heroes have
4 Expert
3 Master
2 Grandmaster
skills.
So what happens, when we give 4 points for GM, 3 for M and 2 for E?
In this case. Offene makes for
7 5 11 9 9 8 points.
Defense is in with
7 6 8 12 12 8 points.
Strangely enough, the Stronghold is the master of Warfare with a whopping 19 points - what the hell? Did they suddenly all get a master's degree in siege engineering in Khartal or something?
And of course the Magic stuff is rather perplexing...
