Forced to Cheat
I just can't make it out and so decided to cheat to pass scen1 of camp1. Any cheats you know or i can find?

Aaaaaaghh..... I hate cheaters! Why do people cheat? I've played Heroes game for 4 years and I haven't used any cheats, not even once! Sorry but cheats are for weenies.

I'm forced too!!!
But for an entirely different reason. :-( I took all castles and I guess there were some troops somewhere not moving for I kept on looking for them for a month and I couldn't find them. :-( How do you think you can find them on a large map without the cheat to remove the shroud?? Just to peep and load again. This cheat imagine is NOT available!!
WHat can I do??

I would recommend dispatching an expedition force of 8 imps or sprites all going in different direction. That way u can cover the map in no time.

Actually i don't use cheats. Except if i am desperate.
btw, H4 codes is funny, i think they are related to mythology.
I never play the campaign mode since i got this h4. So, cheats is not necessary for me, yet.

Yes, but unless they are omnipresent imps, you will still have the fog over the rest of your map, won't you??

Cheating sucks, anyone can do it. If u cant pull something off ill advice u too practise more/harder instead. Its that what makes you a better player.

I have been in that situation too...but in another campaing. The 2nd or 3rd mission in the barbarian campaing. You have to defeat 2 players: green and blue. i defeated green, the game declares green player eliminated. i defeat blue player, nothing happens. After more than 20 turns in which i was swarming all over the map, i decided to use the cheat to see the map. And guess what? there is no blue player anymore. No castles, no armies, not even flagged dwellings...what was i supposed to do???

I haven't tried it yet.. I usually try out all the cheat codes as soon as Iknow them, but I havent had time... I've notice there is and experiance cap on nwcthoth.. hmph!!

same thing happened to me i think, this is when u have to kill blue to get underground, i got lucky and after wiping out all his units and flagged stuff and ending my turn many times it finally admitted he was wiped out.

People who cheat at games (especialy strategy games) just completely s#ck. What is the point in playing a game that provides a challenge if you don't overcome the challenge on your own. You cheaters are lame.
I've never understood why some developers immediately release the cheat codes...they put all that time and effort into making something balanced and challenging and then throw it all away so that short-attention-span fans who just want to say they played the whole thing can cheat their way through all the goodness.

yup i agree cheating really does suck especially with a brand new game, you lose have the enjoyment out of the game, by the way if you cheat i hope it appears in the high scoretable as CHEATER so you can tell the difference between legit and a cheat code.

Cheats are useful
I sometimes use them but I never keep em. Sometimes I want to build Guild 4 to get TP but I have 10 castles and little resources. SO I check where the spell is and concentrate on it. Or, I think I have defeated everyone but days pass and I uncover the map with the cheat code to see wherehe is, then load and just save several mins when I can play another map.
Things like that
