7 New Magic schools

Hey all,

Magic spells school (4-3-2-2):

Alteration (support), Invocation, Evocation (Direct Damage), Mind, Necromancy, Protection, Universal.

When you pick your first magic skill, the system forbid you to choice the opposites school. Universal school doesn t need skill, your hero can learn until 4 schools.

Forbidden school :

Alteration : Mind, Protection
Invocation : Evocation, Necromancy
Evocation : Invocation, Mind
Mind : Alteration, Evocation
Protection : Necromancy, Alteration
Necromancy : Protection, Invocation



Alteration-Evocation :

Perfect strike = Bless
Initiative = Grants a friendly target the First Strike ability
Vulnerability = Destroys armor of target enemy stack, reducing its defense
Power Drain = Power Drain causes the target's spells to cost double the normal spell points



Invocation-Mind :

Branches = Slow
Blizzard = Freezes the target, immediately inflicting ice damage (+Slow)
Wind shield = Deflects missile
Confusion = Confusion causes an enemy target within the line of sight of the caster to lose its next action
Quick-wittedness = Grants initiative bonus
Mana Burn = Deals damage when the ennemy caster using spells.



Necromancy-Protection :

Shadow cloack = The next two attacks automatically miss the targeted creature
Martyr = Martyr is cast on a friendly target. All the damage done to a second friendly target will then be transferred to the recipient of the spell.
Prayer = Prayer increases the hit points and damage of all Life targets by 25%.



Universal :

Clairvoyance = Reveals a part of the map
