personally I would posit that it is for sure probably an upgrade of the Crystal Dragon because stance is the same, also Dragon Golem is the upgrade of the Crystal Dragon in the lore lol

Can someone tell me what I did wrong ? I replaced the old Elf defs with the new ones but everytime they shoot in combat the game crashes.

Climax frame for shooting must be changed to 5 also

Dragon def is not free-to-use def. It's a part of furthcoming New Alternative mod.

These new units are splendid. I was searching to make a more "snowy" tower and those archers are very nice (snowy and elves).

And mod New Alternatives is just mod for vcmi platform, making by fans.

While we are still working on development of alternative creatures, some creatures are getting outdated. Since few of them will be remade from scratch we will be sharing them as we did with dryad in case someone would want to use them in their mods. It only applies to defs which is no longer to our standards and differ a lot from final version.
Here is one of my first creatures, illithid. I am bit ashamed as it was one of my first models I did few years back when I was still new to 3D, but maybe someone wants it.
