Last year, I would have told you to use webarchive (like I did), but it seems webarchive has used those sweet millions of donated Dollars to exclude certain links, censor, etc., and as such, these 2 links don't work anymore in webarchive anymore. Hooray!

Hint: Go to ERA discord, search for "illithid", click on my comment (my nick is "andruids"), you'll find the "illbeta.def" with some neat portraits a couple of posts above.

It's just scrapped, not lost. Though that doesn't really make much of a difference, there's almost no chance that version of the town screen will be released by someone, for multiple reasons, including lack of polish and the MDT Forge project being complete (but certain traits from it might be reused - I do find some of its features more atmospheric than those in the final MDT Forge one).

I still hope that someone from team will consider to publish these assets. It's a good addition to gallery of Forges and will perfectly fit to upcoming Spoiled Land terrain (there are acid liquids in style of this new terrain).

With all due respect, I can't really say I've noticed any interest in any Forge other than Gregory Fulton's Forge (DoR), and I haven't seen anyone being enthusiastic about the idea of 100 Forges either. Just for the sake of being transparent and not getting anyone's hopes high about it. Besides, those graphics are regarded as unpolished by some, aka unpublishable.
