How? to disable some secondary skills for random maps?
Hi!
Is there any mod to the vanilla Homm3 where I can disable some secondary skills from the skill pool to random maps? (like VCMI or HD mod plugin, cause I dont play ERA). Such a pain when making a cool hero and then I see: "Choose from: navigation or eagle eye" on a map where I play against my friend (so picking eagle eye is a totally useless thing) and a map with no water... which makes the navigation BS choise too.
Is there any clever way or a template or sg that would allow us to filter out some of these useless or unwanted secondary skills?

If is for Hota, I don't know any. If is for Heroes vanilla, then you should use Era 2 + Safe Sod mod + custom mod disabling those skills. You will get 100% vanilla game.

1) Extract HCtraits.txt from the LOD game files.
2) place HCtraits.txt in /Data folder
3) Edit the likelihood of secondary skills you don't want to 0. Also I *think* you have to raise the total of skills chances to 112. So if you lower Eagle Eye by 2, you should raise Pathfinding (or any other secondary) by 2.
Here's an example with these changes.
I've listed the categories in order below.

It is just what I need: I have set to 0 all unwanted skills and 8, 9 and 10 the wanted ones and it works perfect.
But, it doesn't works with the WoG option for 9th and 10th skill, it continues offering skills like Necromancy on Knights? Which has 0 chances even by default...
Which txt file should I edit to change those 9th and 10th skills offering?

You can do that with HotA, starting from v1.5.0. Just open template editor, and go to Template -> Settings -> Secondary Skills
