So? It*s perfectly legal.
Think about the retired: say you are a German retired, getting a nice pension. In Germany, you live not so great. In Poland, though... (lots of those went to Spain 20 years ago because of the weather).
So?

I wouldn't mind, hell, it's only half-terrible with Poland being in the EU. It could have been Bangladesh. But, the world isn't really "open"... there's those damned visas everywhere, and language barriers. Sure, I know English... it should suffice. But, lots of people know English too. This means UK is literally drowning in Immigrants (this actually almost made them leave the EU), and other English-speaking countries have visa programs based on radical criteria (Australia, Canada) or luck (USA).
Me and my girlfriend both applied to a visa lottery (it's always 2x the chance), but honestly, I don't hope for too much.
I guess it gets a bit easier if you know i.e. French or German language (less immigrant "stack overflow" in the respective countries!), but I really suck at learning foreign languages, except English which just happened due to too much video games and cartoons in my youth.

...but really though. this country of ours is chock FULL of welfare recipients. and you know why? because many of us can't find a job. and we have our share of leeches, no doubt. from the top, to the bottom. i'm somewhere in-between(though, not a leech by any means), at the moment. i'll probably die that way.

Well, if the U.S.A. will collapse someday (it won't happen anyway), there's always a villain #2. Russia? China? Your country? There's always the strongest boy in the class.

maybe India, Taiwan as China, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Poland and Central European Countries, Ireland, Spain, Mexico and other Latino-American countries...
of course reforms are needed and purification from criminals and parasites...
