I would vote for the unused scenario victory song if it was in the poll. I found it inside the game files and it's pretty neat. No idea why they haven't used it, it's one of the few things that are actually great in h7.
I uploaded it here, so all can get it and listen to this awesome music.

Towards the blue horizon probably. Ancient woods and journeyman encounter were also great.

Jokes aside, mystos mountains reminds me of Dance Macabre ( the song, not the dlc  ). Miles away from that circus abomination that was h6 spider theme. Though I haven't heard all h7 songs, so I may like others more.

Having not heard the full soundtrack or played the game proper, all I really have to go on are the town themes. I like pretty much all of them, though I wasn't overly blown away by Dungeon or Inferno. Dungeon is just... well, Dungeon... and the Inferno one has some higher pitched music in the middle that, to my mind's eye/ear, doesn't quite gel with the pure hellfire-and-brimstone feel the Ashan faction has. Said bits sound a bit too much like a garish but ever so mildly creepy magic shop.

For me Towards the blue horizon, Ancient Woods, Council theme & most of Town themes. It is strange that H6 had several times more songs but I do not remember many of them (except for Dynasty theme). Maybe I have already forgotten them or they (townthemes) were not so good.

That might be because Heroes 7 still uses a lot of the songs from 6 as well, such as all the battle / siege themes.

There are more music tracks in the game files than I remember from my playthrough. What's more, my friend claims that there was some neat one and a half minute theme playing during Charna and Ludmilla's conversation in Necro campaign, but I can't recall it nor find it in any youtube Let's Play.

I very very strongly dislike the battle music in H7. It's completely inappropriate as combat music and it sounds floaty and meandering and disjointed and ... bored with itself. Listening to it makes me feel like battles are a chore. Forced laboring carnival music and then a random single note of opera just coming out of nowhere for no reason. I really really hate that track. I think it's the one pulled from H6.
In my humble opinion Heroes 2 has the best battle music in the series. It's exciting and fun and immersive. It sounds like you're in a dangerous skirmish. It gets the blood pumping.

Bitmaid, you're looking for the following path in your Heroes VII folder:
MMH7Game > CookedPC > WwiseAudio_H7Data
There are .bnk and .wem files. You'll need some software to unpack (.bnk files), convert or play them. Something calles "rejig2" will allow you to open .wem files in Media Player classic. I don't remember now, but I managed to turn them into .wav format somehow, but I can't find the right program on my disc at the moment.
Anyway, Paul Romero shared some tracks from the expansion on his soundcloud recently. That's why I removed my video, it was no "Ivan battle theme", it was "Trial by Fire battle theme". Here you go: https://soundcloud.com/paul-anthony-romero/sets/heroes-of-might-magic-vii
