HERE, I found a report of one of my 2vs2 game in toh, no rules. One of the enemies see he has no chance vs me (in strength) so he challenges his chance and builds instead level 5 guild. He gets dim door, he catches me with and I die. Today he could not do that, because of rules, and he would lose. But I enjoyed that game especially because I didn't see it coming.

Some rules are indeed debatable indeed. I believe that ingame features are allowed to be use freely as long as it does not mean abusing a glitch or bug (like Portal of Summoning).
But certain things, like Ghero, mountain-trading and fly-lock/Dimension door lock are better off banned.

I have heard talk about this before, but is it true that ai can "predict" when getting morale and luck? If that's the case, I guess Leadership and Luck would be good skills for ai and make Knights a good class for ai...

Fly, dd & tp are allowed by HW rules. If one obtains all of them , they call it acquiring full control.
Ebonhearth, I can't believe you think portal is a bug. One game I had 5 behemoth dwellings with Rampart. Maybe this is imba too and no one should flag more than 1 7th dwell? I think some rule set had this rule. How boring... Same like banning fly,tp,dd.
