Stevie said: Ubisoft's responsibility as the new owner of the franchise was not only higher than anyone else's, it was actually the only one there was.
While acknowledging that you still blame NWC employees, who had already created half the towns, had some of the game design ready and the engine, speculating a lack of interest from their side? You can't be serious. If they had no interest in continuing, they would have done none of that work and moved on to something else straight after -or even slightly before, feeling the wind was changing direction- 3DO's bankruptcy, that is mere common sense. Implying they didn't care on a product they had been working on for several years is not only dishonest but also ill-intended, there could have been thousands of reasons about the which how and why things happened when they happened and we simply lack the data making your whole argumentation based on your own assumptions and leading to a sophistic development.

I'm next to you brother! I recommended the 3 for all my friends. To be honest I still think that H4 is the worst. But H7 is clearly HERESY.
I just sent a few angry facebook message for this heretic Jellal von Breton!!
We clearly must stop this...

JVC has a lot of crashes in his artistic life.
In fact selling in 96 NWC in 3DO hands was a bankruptcy. They cant continued game creations because it needed more and more money. We have constant costs growth in game world. NWC was to small. He lost ,,his baby" in 1996.
Bankruptcy 3DO was a second catastrophe. Total anihilation. As I read they are very shocked. JVC was in depression.
In next years he was only worker not his games. Degradation. Years 2002-2015 is great depression in his artistic life. Only 2015 we have his creation Creature Quest.
JVC is a artist creator. Not a bankster or business shark. Finances is not his world.

I could imagine that, but I'd love to hear it from the genius himself, now that Ubi is (very probably) going down and they won't be making any more MM games anyway.
In that interview posted on CH, he seemed like a really nice and gentle guy. I'd love to go to a pub and offer him a beer sometime and ask what he really thinks about Erwin and all that's been done to his 'baby'. It's hard to imagine the kind man we saw in the video reaching that level of anger that naturally comes from having your baby mutilated and tortured by a bald Frenchman and his kinky friend (Olivier Ledroit).
