So that's what it's for... One in the south(Balkans) and one in the north(Baltics).
Right now the conservative communists are agitating against a NPP in Astrav, Belarus(which they approved of back in 2009), and yet, near the place of our own now "closed" nuclear power plant, there's a nuclear waste dump being constructed.
I guess dirt cheap electricity is a bigger threat to our country than some depleted uranium and other nuclear waste.
