Software for splitting H3 HD Edition graphics for frames
FeniksFire (from Acid Cave) wrote handy software (I think). Sorry for my english, but I try to translate how to use it.
Unpacking sprites:
1. Install Heroes of Might & Magic III: HD Edition
2. Download QuickBms and script for H3. All is in this package: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rga5lrijjybji6b/quickbms.zip?dl=0
3. Launch quickbms.exe, 'choose script' window appears.
4. Choose script "Heroes III pak files.txt" in quickbms folder
5. Now you must choose *.pak file. Browse your H3 HDE/Data instalation folder, find *pac file (for example sprite_DXT_com_x3.pak) and click "Open"
6. Choose unpacking folder and click "save". In this folder you have may files, each *ini file (metadata) has corresponding *.dds file).
Dividing files files.
1. Lauch Cutting Images soft
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5k35rfa4uzw0ra4/CuttingImages.zip?dl=0
2. Choose path to your unpacking folder. If you want split less files, create some subdirectories.
3. Click 'Find' - program finds pictures which will be splitting (based on *.ini file).
4. Click "Divide All" - all pictores will be divided for *.png frames.
This is the first version, reporting any bugs are welcome!

Why though? They look worse than the originals

There are better things to collect than creatures you already got, but if someone wants to waste his time doing so, all the power to him. It's just pointless in my opinion.
Here's a comparison:
1. "HD" unit
2. Original unit
3. Original unit blurred and with contrast changes done in 2 minutes
