Me and my friends decided to change somethings at the arena. Which file should i open with winrar, how to edit and how to repack

It is possible to modify the heroes and their armies but this is as far as it go. There was one guy some time ago that did it for fun but I dont know how.

you mean duel heroes? you can create your own using map editor, to edit existing heroes, i think you have to unpack from data.pak, although i'm not sure where the necessary files are located
