Help me by my replace hero please❤

Hello guys, i saw that i could replace the model of heroes.
so i found a model which i wanna replace with Anwen or Dirael.
http://tf3dm.com/3d-model/aphrodite-75757.html here i got the Textures and the Model. But what should i do now? Please help me
