I just had any differentiation of liking any of them after playing SNES Teenage Mutant Ninjas game, in which I either preferred purple or blue due weapon range. Purple mostly. That might be Michelangelo? I almost don't remember.

Half of the poll isn't ninja turtles. 
When I was around 5, I loved the animated series that were airing. Leonardo was my fav I think.

Yeah that game was cool, but I preferred the NES version. Insanely hard with some infuriating stuff though. I finished it. One shot of course, no saves back in the day.

But seriously though, I've never really been into TMNT, neither TV shows nor movies nor whatever other medium they could be found in. Although I'm sure that the recent Michael Bay explosionfest movies are not a good place to start  .

@ panda: purple is donatello. mikey is orange. my vote is for mikey. he was always the fun one. and galaad's right. splinter on down aren't turtles at all, let alone ninja turtles.
but in order of favorites, it's mikey, then casey, then april(awwwww yeeeeee), then shredder, then krang, then beebop and rocksteady, then the other turtles. which are gay.
