Localized Texts for ToE 3.1

I would like to play Heroes V in English, also once I install Heroes 5.5 mod I would like everything to be in the same language. My Heroes V Tribes of the East is in Polish. Would someone be nice enough and tell me where I can find the English texts.pak file for ToE 3.1? Is that the only file I need to change to play the game completely in English?
