HOMMIIIHD Map Editor Tips and Tricks
I have searched the forums high and low and cannot find a thread with tips and tricks and how to's for specific things in the map editor for Heroes of Might & Magic III HD Edition. Well, hopefully someone out there knows how to answer my question and maybe many other question to come.

Auto Generated Creatures
My goal is to increase a creature's existence in one's castle.
I have tried doing time events but that doesn't do anything other than add to the creature count available for purchase.
It wouldn't do anything as a neutral castle so I made it a computer/npc only castle and removed all buildings except the one I want it to build and created events for it to receive money enough to purchase said unit.
If there is a way to have a creature randomly spawn at certain time frames or intervals inside the castle I would LOVE to know.
My goal is because the castle is the objective castle, and as time passes I want it to become harder and harder to take over.
EDIT 5.20.17
I am still working on my map and have made a lot of progress. However, I am still trying to figure out this one thing. I'm still hoping someone out there knows or has some suggestions.

unfortunately mate you can't really do that with the official editor (especially the HD version editor) lol
the Heroes 3 editor is a great editor but it is constrained to a good degree, I would recommend getting the original game from GOG and looking at the Heroes 3: WoG or ERA fan addons if you would like to do things like this because they blow the game wide open to all sorts of fun and interesting scripting cheers lol

Adding repeating time events to provide creature growth and give resources to the AI should be enough. Another option could be creating a special event in front of the castle (the blue ball) that gives creatures and works only for AI. Then you only have to bait the AI out of the castle once a week to give him a boost. By idea something like a watermill near a castle should be enough to bait him.

You can set that AI can move only 10 tiles and if you place windmill like in Steadwick Fall campaign map AI will most likely visit it once per week.
