New Expansion Pack Help
I really want to try my hand at making a new expansion pack based around three new towns I've come up with:
Far Eastern (Alignment: Good)
A town with a mix of Chinese and Japanese cultural elements, whose creatures include ninja, Oni, and Dragons
Norse (Alignment; Neutral)
A Viking town whose creatures include Kraken, Frost Giants and direwolves
Jungle (Alignment: Evil)
A dark, jungle town whose creatures include giant snakes, cannibals and leopard warriors.
I've already planned all the creatures, new buildings, new heroes and new campaigns, but I have a major problem.
I have no idea how to make it.
Now, I'm pretty dedicated and think I can do it but admittedly I know most people think exactly the same before losing interest halfway through and abandoning it. Even so I'd really like some help getting started.
What do I need to download?
How do I use it?
Is it compatible with Homm3 Complete HD?

Which HD? HD Ubi is not complete. Complete is not HD? HD mod is another mod project.
You must read WOG and beyound forum. Hard to write here all content. Ask if you find something you dont understand.
Modable for new cities for all is only ERA and VCMI. Replacing orginal SoD is possible too but not so attractive.

No HotA method is secret. If you can decompile and decrypt HotA code you can do it.
But if you are beginner try ERA 2.46. You can replace one city to train. We dont need all cities all the time. See Succesion Wars Mod. All cities and graphic are replaced.
