Games that you love but have not beaten?
I'm a great fan of elderscrolls and have beaten most of them, but I haven't beaten Skyrim.

I've never actually finished Fallout 2. One time I got to the electric maze bit, got stuck there, and quit. Then I picked the game back up several times but couldn't get over the persistent feeling of deja vu. Maybe in twenty more years I'll remember little enough of it to be able to enjoy it again.

the only game I currently love is ExiledKingdoms and i have not beat it yet but here's a list of games I used to like a lot and never beat
Phantasy Star
Final Fantasy 7
Shining in the darkness
Dungeons and Dragons had a glitch for genesis and you couldn't save progress either. I had to get to last part over and over trying to figure out why I couldn't pass a tile into the cave 
Fallout 4 I fell out of love with that game quick because of some glitches but i probably put in 100 solid before cold turkey.
Diablo 3
that's all I remember for now.

Hmm while I did multiple runs to the others (spare BoTW) I'm not sure I ever finished Zelda I. I would give it another shot if all my gaming time wasn't eaten by Creature Quest.

Oh I never manage to finish Zelda for the Wii. I really love the game but no time for it.
Since I am mostly a PC gamer. Yet I have tons of games bought on Steam that haven't beaten.

Unreal. I played it several times, but always got stuck. In early days I didn't want to progress, eventually I got stuck also with walkthrough - probably some scripts failed to work.

Dragon age inquisition, gave up due to frequent crashing.
Dreamfall chapters due to long months of wait between chapter releases.
King's Bounty armoured princess, because I got distracted.
Will likely finish them in due time.

The Russian campaign in Empire Earth I (Sierra, 2001). I think I finished the Greek and British ones, not sure about the German campaign. But I know for a fact that I never finished the Russian campaign because it was too damn hard (and you can't cheat in campaigns ).
I really miss this game, man...it just doesn't want to run on modern operating systems (and since I am not exactly tech savvy, possible solutions are probably way above my level of understanding).

I see it's on gog, gog games usually shouldn't have problems with modern OSes... Did you try to running it in compatibility mode for XP?

I never managed to beat Planescape Torment, even though i loved it.
Now that Enhanced edition is out, maybe I'll give it another try.
Other ones that come to mind are:
Disciples 2 Expansions (beat just the vanilla)
Might and Magic 6 (completed 7-10)

Heroes 3, Skyrim, Vice City. Love them game but never pulled myself to finish all the campaigns, side quests and other events. Some day I will. Some day...

I have actually beaten Skyrim. Well, at least in terms of completing the main quests and the faction storylines at least once. Except for the volkiwhatever vampire clan. bleep those guys.
But I haven't beaten Stronghold Campaign(always get stuck on Mission 15 iirc, the one where you have to storm a castle) Stronghold Crusader trail mode, as well as it's campaigns. Also couldn't bother to finish the Borderlands Pre-Sequel.

There are two I adored but never could finish, for different reasons:
Imperialism 2, never could win on higher than 100% difficulty (and there is up to 200%!)
Civilization 5, I only like big maps and AI between turn took up to 25 minutes after Industrialization, big frustration, never end a map.
