@Salamandre Actually what I did was not disable Town Portal, but change the code of it, meaning that AI can use same old OP TP, but human players will always go to nearest town, even with Expert Earth Magic. So that gives AI an advantage. But if someone does'nt wan't to change the code, it's easier just to disable TP.
I also reduced DD to one cast per day, as it pretty much forced you to get Air Magic and 4 jumps a day was just ridiculous...
But we all play the game differently and we don't have to agree about everything.

You can also create events outside AI's zone that trigger when he passes by to give yourself a ticking clock. Like +5 to stats when he walks to the next zone, so if you are not fast and AI expands, he will become stronger (this way it's most often also his strong hero that breaks trough a guard and enters a new zone).
Last but not least, add dwellings in AI's starting zone or flagged dwellings in an unreachable zone (especially usefull for higher tier creatures)

This is true, yet banning DD makes way more sense then having it available with just one cast. If map areas are separate by mountains instead of great chunks of water, like I believe it happens in your 'secret' map, one single DD may allow you to crossover without fighting a powerful guard or completing a quest. Sal is right in one thing, if you don't play maps made by others you never learn new tricks and always get your biased opinions confirmed.

You can't skip anything in my map with DD, not that you could'nt reach in some other way anyway. And there is no way to skip Quest and Border Guards/Gates in my map, they are there for a reason.
In HotA you can't take stuff from guards with Fly and DD, so they are really just there for faster/easier travel.

Also HotA with Fly/DD/Water Walk changes, also not allow to pass other things. Often you can see that if you play for example The Empire of World 2 with HotA and you can not flag Lighhouses on isolated ground without free spaces to land.

Is it possible to do script for all towns? Becuz in some maps there are many many towns (about 30 towns). So it would bw more efficient to trigger for all towns (but maybe less balance )

Make the AIs start closer to the player and remove the obstacles between player and AI. E.g. think of an S map with 7 allied AIs that can attack you week 1 with 200% difficulty. You can tune it down a little bit to allow more room for yourself. But the hard map doesn't need any of the powerful stuff, just make sure they attack you fast.
Another thing, stop saving and loading. Commit to yourself that you will never load after losing any battle or any other mistake.

That doesn't make the map harder but easier. A hard map should require tons of saves, an unknown challenge to overcome, and not offer standard situations that you fought hundreds of times elsewhere. Hard doesn't necessary equals AI x millions bigger, but variations in patterns which stops you here and there, so you ask yourself "how the heck I'm going to pass this" while still being interested about what's next.

Statue of Legion on unreachable heroes (or only can be reached at the end of game).
Make repeating "map" events that only give troops/stats to AI near objects they visit (towns, Windmills, Watermills, ...).
statue is great but problem is he will cost 1 hero. AI only hire 6 heroes so thats 1 bad side Effect

Anyway I had a good idea, give grail to all, and since I can demolish, all is good and no exploit. I will demolish grail when I conquer town.

Grail can be extremely annoying, not Sky Ship, since AI knows the entire map from start but Conflux and Inferno are a problem for quite different reasons.
