TotE causes BSOD on Win10 Home
So what happens is that ever since I got win10, I can't play TotE, because it invariably causes a BSOD, sometimes after 20 minutes, sometimes after an hour. In addition, after the BSOD I have to wait for my primary HDD to be detected again.
I've tried reinstalling it, I've tried installing from a different source, I've tried giving it Admin rights, I've tried running it in comppatibility mode for both Vista and XP...
my specs:
8gb RAM
NVidia GeForce GTX 960M
Intel Core i7 4810MQ 2.80 GHz
Please help?

I don't know, but I was just guessing for possible causes.
Normally when I have issues this serious, I just completely format all hard drives with bad sector scan and reinstall windows completely clean with no bloatware. But don't take this as advice, just FYI.

Maybe you had windows 7 bebore your ventilation shafts were blocked, maybe some of the cooling fans stopped working or maybe it's the thermal paste on the micropchips.
It can be related to win 10 but also completely unrelated.
If you test win 7 and run into the same problem, then it wasn't the windows.
It can also always be the HDD, they are the part of the computer more prone to deterioration and problems, because they are made with fragile moving parts unlike the microchips.
