I want permanent Hero Death after two heroes battle.Is there a mod like this?
I like HOMM series and I want a little bit realism
Because defeated hero comes tavern some time later.I dont want this.
I think one hero should die after two heroes battle or when he/she defeated.(But if he/she didnt/couldnt escaped).I mean defeated should equal death.(Defeated heroes shouldn't return tavern.Because escaping and retreating are easy to do.)
Is there a mod like this?

Not like it's a mod, but more like it's an editable thing.
Once I played a map in WoG where get to recruit only the heroes of one faction and when you lose a battle, that hero is gone for good. I'm pretty sure you could edit that part, although I'm not sure where. I hope this still helps
Also, this is a thing in HoMM IV, where the hero could die during a combat.

What about you start by never reloading a battle, you will see how handy is to get valuable and hard worked hero back. Because you will die a lot.

If you're at a point where you get 2 previous heroes as recruitable, my guess is that the majority of heroes have already been hired at some point.
Similar to bag of colored balls, at first all balls are white, but every time you take one up it turns blue and then you put it back.
At first you'll mainly get white balls, but at some point you'll keep getting blue balls.
Also if I'm not mistaken, in HoMM 3 the defeated heroes usually go to the back of the line in the tavern.

Or buy powerfull hero but dont use for fight only to exploration.

Well, as said, all those Heroes games, except for H4, heroes were defeated in battle, they didn't do direct battle, so their troops died and then they were defeated, disbanded, sent away to work for charity and take care of elderly folk.
Heroes 4, they fought in battle, died, and even then, they would somehow manage to get arrested.
But I concur, having them killed and disabling resurrection abilities (if you want it to be realistic, then extend it to armies as well), would have a flair of 'care' and wariness upon exploration, less cannon fodder heroes, until you managed to have no heroes to hire anymore and get stuck in the map until the end of days.

Yes,if we can't hire any heroes we cannot continue that game,I know,but as I said that retreating/fleeing is an option.People can easily do those actions.But your perspective is not wrong.There is a resurrection spell in game.Maybe defeated/killed heroes come again with that way.

Sounds like you ally with your mates vs 1 AI player at 60% then get bored and look for weird things. Want realism, go play tournaments and enjoy your main being definitely killed, trust me. Or plays medium maps vs 7 allied AI at 200%. Or play with left hand.

Nothing grand here to relate and not a mod nor a total fix but iirc, since starting enemy Heroes were the most irritating when I first played; what I did a few times was, when I made a map I placed the heroes I wanted/drew names and then unchecked each of them in the Editor's "available heroes" drop-down. Then when I defeated each, they didn't appear again.
Another and different trial I did was make all the factions only able to get their own faction's heroes; this meant the starting-hero appeared again but I thought it better than an entirely different faction getting them. If Crag Hack is hired in a whatever-town...he had to use what was in that town.

If you disable the taverns in towns,then no hero can be hired again when defeated.(like in TEW4)

Yes,but we still need some heroes.One hero will not be enough.By the way,Thank you for all kind suggestions and replies.

Place prisons. You can even make it so acquiring a new hero is difficult, by blocking the way with garissons, surprise events, monsters, quest guards.

Yes i thought it.But i don't prefer edit maps.I like exploring maps in HOMM games and unfortunately random maps dont give many prisons.
