What would I do when a homeless person asks me money for food?
1. Give money and leave asap.
2. Give money and stay nearby to check whether the person is really buying food or not.
3. Say I don't have money, because I know not if they are really buying food.
4. Goes off my way to buy food and bring it to the homeless person.
5. Ignores and move on to my next Quest.

Yep, blizzardboy is right. I often go out of my way, even walk few kms, if needed be, to buy them food, if I can afford it at the time. (But Elvin is not wrong either, when the homeless person refuses getting food)
