Good strategy indeed. Our company also started using [url=https://www.softactivity.com/employee-monitoring/]employee monitoring[/url] software to prevent data flowing outside of company’s network. This software tracks websites and protect our data from online snoopers. I heard many companies use similar software to protect their data and information.

Good strategy for whom exactly? I imagine not for the employees. All of those bullet points in the link sound incredibly bad and intrusive to me. Tracking e-mails, phones, location, keystrokes, saving ID data including biological, up to having someone investigating another's private life outside of work for "suspicion about information leaks"? That's crazy. You can use suspicion as a pretext for anything. I hope you can see reasons for concern here.
