I guess this thread can help you.
If not, browse into the WoG subforum, there is various guides and tutorials for h3 modding.

thanks for quick answear but these guides are unnecessary complicated, why can't they make them easier to understand? too many tools, too many steps and no clue where to save files.

the guide is good to be honest and says exactly what to do for Titan, if you will mod Heroes 3 creatures you must have a bit of tolerance of tedium for there is no quick fix cheers lol

The essential tools (downloads here) are:
MMArchive - To extract and import the creature data from/into the game (.lod files).
DefTool - To create new creature data for importing (.def files).
In addition, DefPreview can be used to view the creature defs to see all of their frames and extract them for editing. In this case, the file you want to browse with MMArchive is Data/H3sprite.lod. Use whatever tools you want to do the actual image editing you want. Once the new def file has been made with DefTool, name it the same as the corresponding file in the lod, and either replace the original inside, or just place it in the Data folder.
This was written at 2 am so excuse any mistakes.
@Edit: That titan animation/frame rip is completely useless by the way, you need to edit each frame individually, as you will find out viewing the def files with DefPreview.

to recolor all frames in the same time you can create spitesheet by creating large png file of frames sticked together...if you are programmer you can create a program creating spitesheet and deviding it into single frames after recoloring….
