Heroes 3 Wake of Gods

My problem is that i recently downloaded Wake of Gods for my heroes 3, now i got cranim.txt and array.txt but they both don't work, i have put them into the folder Data but it still doesn't work i am out of options and don't know what to do. I want cranim the most because i would like the battle animation to be faster
