I don't know how - or even if this is possible - but for some reason that I can't figure out it's a good idea 
I think, however, that the probability of them being offered should be lowered. Ok, TP doesn't need to be changed because I agree with someone (I don't remember who) who has said a few days ago that XL maps without TP are a pain in the you-know-where to play, but the chances for DD being offered should be lowered. That spell is way too powerful, especially when you can cast spam it 4 times a day

Of course it's possible. 
Both TP and DD are very OP in their original state imo, but if they belonged to all schools perhaps we would'nt feel so forced to always pick Earth and Air Magic? Also it would mean AI had a better chance of mastering these important spells, making for a more challenging AI.

I think people are compelled to pick Air for haste mainly, and then for DD. At least that's how it works for me. But yeah, Earth is primarily taken for TP. Even with mass slow, resurrection and force field belonging to another school (say Water, for example), and TP being the only good Earth spell, you,d still learn this skill for this spell alone. TP is a luxury you can't afford to miss

I'd just give TP or DD to Fire Magic. Water Magic could get a new spell "Whirlpool" which is DD on water or the whirlpool map object without troop loss.

I think Protection from Earth should belong to all schools. Oh! and View Air too.

Town Portal and Dimension Door should stay in their schools however they should be at expert for everyone who get them...however cheaper in mana cost if you know their magic schools...their mana cost should depend on army size...Town Portal should have limited range...
